Responsibilities include direct sales, managing reps, and distributor sales channels.   Train reps and distributors on product line. Sr. Controls Engineer/Project Manager

 

Based in the Midwest, this 50 year old manufacturer of automation, batching and weighing systems, seeks a Sr. Controls Engineer/Project Manager.  This is an on-site position in the company facility.  Design material handling plant automationprojects from estimating through engineering and installation/commissioning with an emphasis on electrical design and controls aspects of the project.    Work with sales engineers  to prepare estimates for labor and materials.    Other responsibilities include PLC programming, documentation, and coordinate with mechanical design.

Sr Electrical Controls Engineer

 

Same company as above, however, this position is remote.    Engineering responsibilities are the same as above  less the Project Manager responsibilities.  Both positions require following UL508A, NEC, and NFPA Standards.

Essential duties and responsibilities:  Prioritizes/plans work activities. coordinate projects from start to finish, designing new products and systems, making improvements, generating specifications, procurement, job costing and sales support.  Communicates and coordinates with sales managers, customers, assembly team, vendors, and contractors per project.    Must be competent in developing teamwork, customer service, planning and organizing, and problem solving. A one hundred year old East Coast manufacturer with sales both nationally and internationally seeks a Production Manager.  This is a key position helping a growing equipment manufacturer.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the rightr skill set.  The candidate must have experience with large machinery manufacturing, preferabley with shop experience and/or a background in mechanical engineering.  This position requires scheduling and follow up capability, leadership skills, excellent communication skills, along with a comfort with manufacturing computer software.

 

Some of the responsibilities involve:    supervise all production phases, plan schedules, review drawings and determine the best manufacturing method, plan inventory levels, etc.  Interface with engineering, sales, and company president.
